This half conversion in Polegate uses the rear end of garage as a bright spacious utility with access to garden whilst still keeping the front half of the garage and garage door for storage of bikes and tools with access from the new utility.

Stonecross office & Craft Room
This integrated garage which was originally used as a store room has been transformed into and office and craft room. The stair bulkhead made for an interesting fit out to the rear to incorporate a craft desk and cupboard.

With a baby on the way the customers where in need of the extra space, this timber and clad frontage made for a super quick transformation into and office, freeing up another room upstairs.
